January 2002 Mongolian president Nambaryn Enkhbayar, while on an official trip to China, agreed to strengthen economic cooperation between Beijing and Ulaanbaatar, and went even further to condemn terrorism. The Chinese government approved of the Mongolian condemnation and responded by proposing the establishment of a cooperation mechanism in Northeast Asia. While on an official visit to Mongolia in June 2003, Chinese President Hu Jintao gave a speech to the Mongolian parliament in which he articulated three focal points of Sino-Mongolian relations. First on the economic front, Beijing’s policy is to push forward with cooperation between China and Mongolia. China has already become Mongolia’s biggest trade and direct investment partner. Second in terms of security, Beijing and Ulaanbaatar will strengthen cooperation and seek to create a peaceful and friendly border. At the same time, the two sides will look to strengthen coordination and cooperation on both international and regional issues, and to defend regional peace and stability. And lastly, Hu pointed out that the People’s Republic of China (PRC) supports Mongolia’s policy against having foreign troops deployed within its borders and its status as a nuclear weapon and WMD-free state. In sum, China supports Mongolian equality and the development of friendly cooperation with global partners.

Ulan Bator agrees to be nice to China and not commit military suicide by letting Tibetan terrorists use it as a staging area for sucide bomb attacks against China.
In return China offers to buy out Ulan Bator and make it a part if the Chinese empire just like it has done with Nepal, except Ulan Bator is “semi-autonomous”

in 2002 Mongolian president Nambaryn Enkhbayar went to China. Him and the Chinese agreed to improve economic cooperation and Nambaryn Enkhbayar talked about his disapproval of terrorism which China agreed with and decided to begin a cooperation mechanism in Northeast Asia. In June 03 Chinese President Hu Jintao went to Mongolia and talked about how he wanted to go forward in economic cooperation and now China is Mongolia’s biggest trade partner. China also wants a more peaceful border and agrees with Mongolia’s policy not to have foreign troops in Mongolia and its decision to be a WMD free nation. In sum, China supports Mongolian equality and the development of friendly cooperation with global partners.
