How do I get a job at an Asian run Business?

I am Asian, and I’ve been applying for jobs at Asian run businesses, and I have yet to be hired. Please don’t be offended but I’ve always assumed that Asians hire Asians, what could I be doing wrong? I speak 3 different dialects, go to community college, and I just don’t understand what could be keeping me from getting a job! Is there something Asian employers tend to look for in employees besides ethnicity?
they usuallly dont trust their own race
like indians dont hire indians
Maybe because you have blonde hair
maybe it’s because you’re a racist!!!
Have you ever considered the fact that maybe they are family run business, and that’s why they are Asian run? I would imagine that’s probably the case, but keep on applying, you have no chance of being hired if you don’t apply.
its simple, just make an application at their business. I wish you luck.
Perhaps some of the businesses that you applied to would be willing to help you out with this. When asking, make it clear that you are not asking them to justify their decision not to hire you, only to help you to improve your application skills as you continue your job search.
No reallly. They tend to look for someone who understand what they’re talking about, and is a potential hardworking individual, regardless skin color or background.
If you able to crack these 2 barrier, you will be his or her right hand man/woman.
I learn from a couple friends who is Afro Amer and Latino, an Asian market Grocery chain stores Directors + Office manager and a Sushi Chef who eventually sent to Japan for certificate training paid by the boss, respectively.

Employers of all races tend to look for: Skills and Experience
Try white employers maybe…. they think we’re the model minority
