How do I upgrade the international channels on my dish?

I have the South Asian programs on Dish Network and had three channels altogether. Now, only one works and I would like to know how to upgrade because there has been a message at the bottom of the screen for quite some time.
Call dish network. If you don’t have it already (which I suspect you don’t), you need a 500+ or 1000+ satellite dish which will pick up the 118.7 degree satellite in the sky. That satellite carries international programming.
