just remove the program from “ADD REMOVE” if you have no use to it.
According to the source below, it is a Samsung-related software, which is bundled with the SMS software they offer. There is also a program referenced below which can be used to eliminate the issue. I would recommend using this program, or some form of real-time protection, at any given point in time, in order to prevent these occurances from happening in the future.
