    It’s literally a swallows nest. No Joke. Very healthy. Tatses good and is very expensive. Many Asian foods disgust OTAs (other than Asians). But we like it.

    Is a swift’s saliva use to make bird nest inside the cave. Is expensive cause to get it one must climd on high inside the cave to get it and is a dangerous job. I am chinese so i know…we have 1 bird nest harvest at Niah cave at Sarawak, Malaysia. Mostly the bird nest will cook with rock sugar. It taste kind of like jelly but is nice. According to chinese believe, If you eat bird nest during pregnancy, the baby born will have smooth skin and fair. Maybe you all can try…..
