In my opinion he is. Nowadays everyone is so power hungry that they will do anything to be ontop, even kill. When power comes before human life, this is a good foundation for a new war, possibly even a world war. I just hope Iran can manage to come out ontop :]

I like to compare the process to the Pelopenessian War, with the United States playing over confident and bloated Athens desparately in need of its lost prestige and China as a young Sparta with the eye for the future. It begins with small wars fought among client states and ends with the transposition of great powers. Democracy becomes dictatorship and tyranny prevails.

it’s just a name that has not been applied yet.
WW1 was called something else originally, and so was WWII.
In the future people will also call this war something else.
