SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS WHO ARE ASIAN OR JEWISH–ARE USUALLY IN WHAT TYPE OF FIELD?

Read article about these types of business owners as parents. Said that they sacrifice much more than others to make sure their kid’s get every opportunity. The example used was their industry of business. It said many start a business type that others do not want-it is more tedious and time consuming–I know one example was convenient stores. What are the other types??
