so far, I have language barriers, unsafe minority neighborhood, and little money.

What kind of risks/obstacles do new Asian immigrants face when they operate a business?

I’m working on my homework right now:
What kind of risks/obstacles do new Asian immigrants face when they operate a business in a ethnic community? Los Angeles, Long Beach, San Francisco, etc.
The only few answers that I can come up with are:

I have a friend that’s here illegaly and working for an Asian owned business, my friend is forced to work for nothing and is afraid to complain becuase he might get fired. I’m here legally.
