How do asian people and people from other countries come to America and open business’s ?

While some Americans can’t even do so. How do they get started. ARABS own gas station marts, japps and chinese own resurants, subways,etc? How do they get the money

Where does all these Asian people get business, loans, and store supply resources to have a business here?

I see Asians, and not american people own gas stations, dollar stores, hotels, products, and clothes store. Is the goverment helping all these foreigners instaded of american people? Or where they are getting all these resouces from?

What reason brings ASEAN and Pakistani people to Singapore to attend exibitions and invest money?
