whats the best way to set up a small business, selling imported asian products in a shop and also mailorder?

I would like to start a business selling imported asian goods, from food, fabrics, metalwares, carvings, plants and possibly even a restaurant. i would also like to set up a mail order cataloguue for the business and would be greatful for any advice
