My Computer can not run programs with Asian text, I need to download and install Unicode!?

But where and how do I install it?
I know of unicode.org but I can’t seem to find a place to download the unicode to install on my computer.

-Where can I download Unicode to run programs with Asian texts?
-How do I install said Unicode?
