What would you do to start developping business?

This is just a general question.
If you were interested in launching business in Asian countries, done all the marketing research, decided to start business over there, what would you do next?

I would like to go to college for Asian Indian Studies.Does anyone know a school that would offer that?

I would like to major in Asian Indian studies but can’t find a college that offers a degree program for that. I would love to be able to study in India if at all possible. It has to be an accredited school for degree seeking students.
