It means that it’s spam and you’re a fool if you believe it.
It’s bogus. I’d treat it as a hoax. Thousands of people receive that. Once you reply, they’ll want your Soc. Sec. #, or a good faith ‘handling charge’ first.

Now that you’ve copied the whole stupid message, all I can do is agree with the first answer. It’s crap – it’s spam – you should never have opened it. It doesn’t exist and you are not going to get millions of Euro dollars, or any other kind of dollars. Put this in spam, and all the others that will follow this one.
