Which Country Have The Best Design / Creation?

Okay engineering is a fundamental of knowledge for designing new things and ideas, modify on an existing design to improve for the better, and taking-it-apart (what is the word?).
I need to know which country have the greatest design for new technology. Or is it Engineering done through cooperation between countries? Like E. U. , U. S. , Asia. ?
The EU and US are generally on top of new technology, Asia being second.
Bringing well engineered products to market successfully is certainly the US. But my favorite design/engineering comes from Denmark, especially when you’re talking about design for the home.
